Shipping Policy

Current shipping times may vary. Pre-orders can take anywhere from 4-7 weeks to ship. Pieces in stock will ship within 3-4 business days. Please note pre-orders are being handmade and shipping times are determined by order load. All shipped orders will receive a tracking number. We ship through USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping estimates do not include package transit time. 

Missing Packages

If your package has been tracked and confirmed to have arrived to your shipping address, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please be mindful we are a small business. We are always pleased to help and track down packages with you, reach out to us at hello@shopmexicoenlapiel.com If your package has not arrived at your shipping address and the tracking number reflects that, we will look into the order with USPS and if resolve this. 

Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns available for any item purchased in Terra Cactus Boutique or Amor Collective. 

For change of mind we are pleased to offer a return for full priced items within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed after the date of delivery unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund. Items purchased with any discount promotion or sale are final sale and are not permitted to be returned. Tags have to be attached to items in order for us to accept ANY return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note returns are sent back at the buyers expense and shipping costs can not be refunded.

Please note returns will not be offered for:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Tag has been removed from the item. 
  

• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

• Sale items or items purchased with a promotion are not accepted for a refund
  

• Due to the nature of the embroidered material of our bags, we encourage delicate care and to use the designated dust bags for prolonged the life of the bags.
